Wendy Jackson joined our team as Director of Marketing and Business Development, but she has a lot more up her sleeve than that!
Originally a licensed real estate agent through the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in 2006, she previously worked with Agent Owned Realty and Century 21 Properties Plus while living in the Charleston area. Wendy was an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Short Sale and Foresclosure Resource Agent, a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist and was a member of the NAR, CTAR, and ABR.
Not wanting to jump into real estate without knowing the lay of the land when she relocated to Georgia, she decided to pursue a position as Transaction Coordinator with The Georgia Club Real Estate Co. But after a short time it was clear her passion was bigger than that, and she made the move to 5Market Realty to work alongside Christina Hammond, bringing her experience, knowledge, and talent along with her! She is a fully licensed REALTOR on top of everything else, and we are happy to have her on our team to help serve buyers or sellers!
In addition to her real estate courses, Wendy has also obtained certificates in Interior Design, Window Treatments, Basic Web Design and Social Media Marketing and Photography.
